Okay For Now

I am in the 'mock newberry club' where we pick and choose the newberry award winner. Mockingly. It's pretty cool, and I'm reading this one runner up that's called 'Okay for now' and it's really good. If you've ever read the Wednesday Wars, this is the second book, except it's from the BULLIES point of view. It's not really been published yet, but if you see it, grab it because it's really good.

Barbies?

I used to play with Barbies when I was a kid. Now I have a few that my little brother will play with from time to time. But now they are just going too far. I saw a commercial for a customized Barbie bike that comes with nonattachable barbie bike thingamajig. You have to buy the freaking bike so your little plastic toy that will brake as soon as you fall can come along too. I also saw TATOO barbie. TATOO! TATOOING YOUR BARBIE??!! WWWWHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAA???!11

Why do people keep saying Obama instead of Osama? Is it really that hard?

I don't know. I know that the names are very similar, but seriously? Could you not plant it in your head NOT to say OBAMA instead of OSAMA?

Saxon Math, the most horrible math book in the world. But I like it.

Saxon math, a book for home schoolers, is a pretty good book. It has 120 lessons, and they all are quick, but informative. They have 30 practice problems at the end of each lesson. Along with about ten or so lesson practices. And there is a twenty question test each week. This is why I hate the book. It takes more time, and there are too many questions to answer. Also, the lessons are quick, to the point, with examples, so you understand the Lesson. That is why I like the book. I do not want to spend all week droning on about a single little thing. But I also do not want to spend all week doing problems. But in a way it's good, it has taught me alot. And if you choose to use this book, I would cut back on the problems.
